Equipment Definitions

Fixed Camera is capable of producing a field of view that is pre-set for height, length and depth.  The wider the picture, the less distinctive the picture becomes for identification purposes.

Door Annunciation is capable of either visible or audible indication of door opening or movement in a given area.  It can be set to be reset or bypassed with a key or a keypad.

Access Control is capable of controlling one or more entry/exit doors.  It can control automatic locking and unlocking of doors, provide detailed reports of door usage and provide forced door or propped-open door status.  The system has the capability of using ID Cards, Keypads, Hand Readers and more for building accessibility.

High Security Locking System is capable of providing a restricted key security service.  Owners or managers can control duplication of keys, thus reducing long-term re-keying costs.  System can be designed to control access to designated doors by specific keys.  A grand master key allows entry to all locks.

Burglar Alarm System is capable of detecting unauthorized entry or exit.  The system can sound sirens, activate lights, issue electronic paging and signal police for dispatch.  It is also capable of producing opening/closing reports.  (Name of individual accessing area and when system was turned on or off).

Pan/Tilt Zoom Camera is capable of remote controls to zoom-in, pan-over and if it is down, can also have pre-set or random tours of the covered area.  Alarm triggers are available to guide the camera to the violated area.

Panic Alarm is capable of a silent or audible alarm with immediate police dispatch.  The system can attach to a desk, counter or a safe door.

Door Intercom System is capable of communication between a door location and a remote release.  The system can have wireless release and/or video verification.
